(i) To facilitate Twinspanda to provide you with services from time to time, it is necessary for you, to supply Twinspanda with personal data. Personal data collected by Twinspanda include but do not limited to the following:

(iii) Twinspanda does not collect any personal data from you during your browsing of www.twinspanda.com. When you visit www.twinspanda.com, Twinspanda records your visit only as a “hit” and does not collect any personal data from you. The “hit” information is to allow Twinspanda to compile general statistics to show the daily number of visitors to www.twinspanda.com. Twinspanda uses this information only for preparing general statistics on the traffic and usage of www.twinspanda.com
(iv) When you visit www.twinspanda.com, Twinspanda collects general information about your visits by means of “Cookies” files. “Cookies” are small text files which are sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer’s hard disk drive. In our subscription model, you are not allowed to disable this function. Once Twinspanda has obtained your personal data, they will be maintained securely in our system. Only authorized staff, who have been properly trained, will be permitted to access to those personal data. Twinspanda will also ensure compliance by our staff with the strictest standards of security and confidentiality. |

You agree that your personal data may be disclosed to and used by Twinspanda or its holding companies, subsidiaries, associated companies or other companies relating to the holding companies of Twinspanda, for purposes of direct marketing purposes or the provision of customized information regarding the Group’s network of Internet and other products and services.
